Ruzivo’s direction connects interdisciplinary research, youth participation and indigenous knowledge with the institutions and systems that shape people’s lives.
We seek to strengthen African scholarly leadership, create space for community perspectives and support approaches to development grounded in local experience.

Ruzivo Africa Hub is the Africa-focused knowledge and innovation platform of Hunyanzvi Research & Advisory Hub CIC.
Hunyanzvi is the registered organisation. Ruzivo is its Africa-facing platform and programme identity, bringing African-centred scholarship and collaborative learning into that wider organisation.
Hunyanzvi’s applied expertise spans research, evaluation, advisory and capacity building.

LEADERSHIP
Dr Hillary Jephat Musarurwa
Founder, Ruzivo Africa Hub
Hillary’s work connects social research, evaluation, development finance and inclusive innovation. His interests include youth opportunity, financial wellbeing, social entrepreneurship, mental health, peacebuilding and systems change.
His academic training spans management, peace studies, inclusive innovation and development finance. He brings experience across banking, higher education, community development and international research and evaluation.
